Like many that have come through a breakup, you’re more than likely wondering, ‘Can I get my ex boyfriend back?” several times a day. Just as every relationship is different, so every break up will be different, but there are some things you can do that will help get him back.
Be nice.
This should go without saying, but we come accross some people that think nagging is the best way to get what they want.
Well it’s not!
By nagging, complaining or acting unpleasant, will just remind him of the things he wants to get away from. If you continue to make things uncomfortable every time he sees you, he will only want to see you less and less.
The last thing you want to do!
Driving him farther away is the last thing you want to do right now. You need to make an effort to be as pleasant as you can whenever you’re around him, without being absolutely fake.

You can’t change the past!
The past is in the past and out in the open now. You cannot change what has happened, but do remember this later when you’re back together. You can point it out to him, and let him know that you did take him for granted. Chances are he probably took you for granted too, but don’t expect him to admit it now. Some other things you might be thinking of trying could either be disastrous or they could work in your favor.

This is probably the hardest situation to overcome. Not only is it difficult to be alone with him if he has someone else, but his focus will be on the new relationship. You have become part of the past, and not a priority in his view. Being nice right now is crucial. You have to make him see what it was he first saw in you and how much he’s missing.

Forget it right now… Even the most innocent-seeming little white lie or exaggeration could backfire later. What’s the point of figuring out how to get him back only to lose him a little while later because he finds out about your dishonesty?

Making him jealous is possible, but do you want the chance of it also backfiring and make him think you’ve moved on. If you are feeling the need to date, then do so if that’s what you need to be happy.
Warning! Games like this usually don’t work. It’s not really fare to your date, if you’re considering going out with someone just to make your ex jealous. Be honest with yourself and others, and you stand a better chance of getting back together with your ex.
